Not allowing space in Reason for Referral.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. After filling Visit details and providing Vitals, while referring the beneficiary to higher healthcare Centre then unable to provide space in reason for referral field.
2. In Case Record, Reason for referral field should allow space so that doc can write the referral reason and it will be helpful to check the reason of why beneficiary is being referred.
