There is a significant delay in data reflection & download across modules after details are filled and submitted on one screen. For example, when a doctor prescribes a lab test, and the same beneficiary is immediately searched in the Lab Technician (LT) module to enter results, the message "No procedures found to add" appears. However, if the user waits for a while, the data eventually appears.

This slowness is also observed in sync-related activities across other modules.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the Doctor module, prescribe a lab test for a beneficiary.

1. Navigate immediately to the LT module and search for the beneficiary.

1. Observe the "No procedures found to add" message.

1. Wait for a while (few minutes), refresh or retry, and observe that the beneficiary becomes visible.

Expected Result:
Data should be instantly or near-instantly available across modules after submission.

Actual Result:
There is a noticeable lag or delay before the submitted data becomes visible in modules.
