Description:
In High Risk PW and NPW cases, when the IFA Tablet Supplement field is marked as “Yes” in the Distribution section and a mandatory related field is left blank by mistake, validation error is shown on submit. However, after filling the blank field, the value is not getting updated and the validation error does not clear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a High Risk PW or NPW beneficiary.
2. Go to the Distribution section.
3. Select “Yes” for IFA Tablet Supplement.
4. Leave a mandatory related field blank.
5. Click on Submit.
6. Validation error is displayed.
7. Now fill the previously blank field.

Actual Result:
The field does not get filled properly and the validation error does not disappear.

Expected Result:
After filling the mandatory field, the value should be accepted properly and the validation error should be removed.
