Issue:
In the Child Care module, when the baby age is selected as 3 months, the child is not appearing in the HBYC module. However, if the age is changed to 3 Months 3/4 days, the child starts appearing in the HBYC module.

Expected Behavior:
As per HBYC guidelines, children aged 3–15 months should be included in the HBYC module. Scheduled HBYC visits are required at the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, and 15th months.

Current Behavior:

• 3-month child → Not showing in HBYC module
• 4-month child → Showing in HBYC module
