In the Pregnancy Registration module, under the Past Illness section, when the user selects the “Other” option, a new text box appears for entering custom illness details. However, after changing the selection to “None”, the text box does not disappear from the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Pregnancy Registration
2. Open the Past Illness section
3. Select “Other” option
4. Verify that the custom text box appears
5. Now select “None” option

Actual Result:
The custom text box remains visible even after selecting “None”.

Expected Result:
The custom text box should disappear automatically when the user selects “None” option.
