While adding IFA tablet details in the Eligible Couple Registration module, a new field “IFA Quantity” is entered and submitted successfully. However, after clicking on the IFA option and viewing the saved details, the data is displayed incorrectly.

Currently:

• The Date field is showing the IFA tablet quantity
• The IFA Quantity field is showing the distribution date

The values are getting interchanged in the IFA details view screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Eligible Couple List
2. Open Eligible Couple Registration
3. Click on IFA option
4. Add new IFA entry with quantity and distribution date
5. Submit the details
6. Open/view the saved IFA details

Actual Result:

• Date field displays IFA quantity
• IFA Quantity field displays distribution date

Expected Result:

• Date field should display the correct distribution date
• IFA Quantity field should display the correct tablet quantity entered by the user
