Description:

Multiple issues are observed in the Eligible Couple Tracking (ECT) module related to Family Planning Method selection and data visibility across different languages.

Issues Observed:

1. In Assamese language, the Family Planning Method dropdown values are appearing in English instead of Assamese translation.
2. In Assamese language:

• • When “Pregnancy Test Done” is selected as “Yes”
  • And “Test Result” is selected as “Negative”
  • Then after selecting any Family Planning Method and saving the form, the selected method details are not visible in View mode.
    Additionally, when “Family Planning Method” is selected as “No”, the saved data is also not visible in View mode.

1. In Hindi and English language:
   • When “Family Planning Method” is selected as “Yes” and any method is chosen, the selected method is not displayed in View mode after saving.
   • When “Family Planning Method” is selected as “No”, the related details are also not displayed in View mode.
