Show the State, District, Block and Village (s) for ASHA in location screen either facility is mapped or not (before and after) 

Currently, facility and other facility mapped user details are getting in login API,

This will not solve the existing ASHAs who already using app and get auto-update form play store to new version.

Instead, now change is provided all these details in getuser details API.

So implement this getuser details API to ensure on real time all existing ASHAs, should update their app with all these facility details.

Acceptance Criteria:

Preconditions

All users are currently mapped to one or more villages.

Test Steps

1. Log in with a user (prior to facility mapping).
2. Navigate through all modules (HH, Beneficiary, and others) and record the count of available records.
3. Log out of the application.
4. In the Admin module, map a facility to the same user.
5. Log in again using the same user credentials.

Expected Results

• The user should be able to view the newly mapped facility and its associated details.
• There should be no mismatch in record counts across any modules (HH, Beneficiary, etc.) compared to pre-mapping.
• Existing village mappings for the user should remain unchanged.
