In the Malaria form, when the case is marked as “Suspected,” the status is automatically displaying as “No.” Additionally, when selecting “Yes,” the status changes to “Not Confirmed.”

This appears to be incorrect system behavior and is causing confusion during data entry. Kindly review the validation logic and resolve the issue accordingly.

Following changes are required and recheck the validation on Symptoms screening:{}

In the Malaria screening form:

Sub-title: Check if the person has any of these Symptoms:

1. by default No symptoms should be selected (Yes/ No)
2. based on the below condition mark person as "Suspected" (i.e. if any one a, b, c is "Yes" or d, e, f, g, h, i  any 2 symptoms are "Yes", mark as "Suspected"), as below:

a. Fever more than two weeks: if "Yes", mark as "Suspected"

b. Flu-like illness: if "Yes", mark as "Suspected"

c. Shaking chills: if "Yes", mark as "Suspected"

d. Headache: if "Yes" and any symptoms (e, f, g, h, i ) is also "Yes", then mark as "Suspected"

e. Muscle aches: if "Yes" and any symptoms (d, f, g, h, i ) is also "Yes", then mark as "Suspected"

f. Tiredness: if "Yes" and any symptoms (d, e, g, h, i ) is also "Yes", then mark as "Suspected"

g. Nausea: if "Yes" and any symptoms (d, e, f, h, i ) is also "Yes", then mark as "Suspected"

h. Vomiting: if "Yes" and any symptoms (d, e, f, g, i ) is also "Yes", then mark as "Suspected"

i. Diarrhea: if "Yes" and any symptoms (d, e, f, g, h,) is also "Yes", then mark as "Suspected"
