The following issues have been identified in the application and require developer intervention:

1. Immunization Module – Place of Vaccine Option Missing
   In the Immunization section, the “Place of Vaccine” dropdown does not include the Anganwadi Centre option. This option is required for proper data entry in vaccination records.
2. TB Screening Referral Issue
   During TB screening, symptomatic patients should be directly referred to the PHC/CHC level, as referral to the Sub-Centre is not available/feasible in the workflow.
3. CBAC Screening Referral Issue
   During CBAC screening, symptomatic patients should also be directly referred to the PHC/CHC level, as referral to the Sub-Centre is not available in the current process.
