      In the HBNC form, the system is currently restricting the entry of baby weight above 5000 grams, due to which the form submission is not successful.

      However, there are cases where newborn baby weight may be more than 5000 grams (5 KG). Therefore, it is required to allow baby weight entry above 5000 grams/KG in the HBNC form.
