As mentioned in the FLW-615, below mentioned State-based Configurations are not properly addressed.

1. For Chhattisgarh State (in Mitanin build):

Incentive Amount is not applicable (should be hidden)

Few more minor observations in UI in Incentive screen:
2. show claim button to submit claim

3. by default show current month claim

4. after claim is submitted show label as claimed not as button

5. "Verified" label should be button

6. popup of  "Verified" should be better look
