Description:
During Child Registration, the Birth Certificate Number field is accepting multiple numeric values without any validation.(both application Mitanin and Utprerona)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application.
2. Go to add member and register Child.
3. Enter multiple numeric values in the Birth Certificate Number field (e.g., repeated or invalid number patterns).
