[UAT-2.9]-Count mismatch in “Beneficiary Due for ANC” between To-Do List card and inside list (Reoccurring issue)

      Description:
      In the To-Do List → Beneficiary Due for ANC section, the count displayed on the card is different from the count shown inside the list. For example, the card shows 8 beneficiaries, but only 7 beneficiaries are visible after opening the list. This issue is reoccurring.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the application
      2. Go to To-Do List
      3. Check the count displayed on the Beneficiary Due for ANC card
      4. Click on the card to open the beneficiary list
      5. Count the number of beneficiaries shown inside the list
      6. Compare both counts
