Description:
In the Village Level Form, under Maa Meeting and Aas Bahu Sammelan sections, the system is showing a “Please fill required fields” message even after all mandatory fields are filled correctly. This prevents form submission.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application
2. Navigate to Village Level Form
3. Select Maa Meeting or Saas Bahu Sammelan section
4. Fill all mandatory fields
5. Click on Save/Submit
6. Observe the validation message
