Description:
In the Maternal Health → HWC Referred List section, beneficiaries referred from the TB module are not appearing in the list after referral. Even after completing the referral process from the TB module, no beneficiary is visible in the HWC Referred List.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application
2. Navigate to the TB module
3. Refer a beneficiary to HWC
4. Save/submit the referral
5. Go to Maternal Health module
6. Open HWC Referred List
7. Check whether the referred beneficiary appears in the list
