[UAT-2.9]CG-Application crashes when clicking on Home Visit button in ANC Visit module

      Description:
      In the ANC Visit module, whenever the Home Visit (गृह भ्रमण) button is clicked, the application crashes automatically and does not proceed further. 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the Mitanin application
      2. Navigate to ANC Visit (एएनसी दौरे) module
      3. Select any beneficiary
      4. Click on Home Visit (गृह भ्रमण) button
      5. Observe the application behavior
