[UAT-2.9]-“Add” button still visible in Abortion List after CAC form submission(both application)

      Description:
      In the Abortion List module, even after successfully submitting the CAC form, the “Add” button is still visible. Ideally, once the CAC form is submitted, the Add option should not appear again for the same record.
