      In the Assam UAT environment (version 2.9.2), the Village field is appearing on the New Household Registration screen.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application in Assam UAT (v2.9.2)
      2. Navigate to New Household Registration
      3. Observe the fields displayed on the screen

      Actual Result:

      • The Village field is visible on the New Household Registration screen

      Expected Result:

      • The Village field should not appear
