Issue:
In both applications, under the PNC module, when selecting Any Danger Sign → High Risk Identified as Yes or No, the selected radio button value is not auto-populated after saving the record. Additionally, when Yes is selected and danger signs are filled, the entered danger sign details are also not visible after saving.
