      Issue:
In the HBYC module, the system is not accepting baby weight above 5000 grams. The weight field is restricted to 5000 grams even though HBYC covers babies aged 3 to 15 months, where expected weight can be higher than 5000 grams.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to HBYC module
      2. Select a beneficiary aged between 3 to 15 months
      3. Open HBYC visit entry form
      4. Enter baby weight greater than 5000 grams (e.g., 7000 grams)
      5. Observe the weight field behavior

      Expected Result:
System should allow entering baby weight above 5000 grams, as babies aged up to 15 months can normally weigh more than this.

      Actual Result:
System restricts weight entry to 5000 grams only and does not accept higher values.
