[UAT-2.9]“Number of Under-5 Children” field appearing in Children under 5 Years screen

      Issue Description:
      In the Children under 5 Years module in the ORS form, the Number of Under-5 Children field is appearing on the screen, although this issue was already fixed in version 2.8.

      Issue is reoccurring.
