[UAT-2.9]Weeks of Pregnancy field not auto-populating in ANC Visit screen

      Issue Description:
      In the ANC Visit screen, the Weeks of Pregnancy field is not auto-populating. This issue was previously resolved in version 2.8, but it has reoccurred again in Assam UAT version 2.9. Even after selecting the required details such as ANC Date and other mandatory fields, the Weeks of Pregnancy value remains blank instead of being automatically calculated.
