      1. Login Issues

      Issues Raised:

      • Login failure even after account activation
      • Automatic logout followed by account deactivation while session shows “open”

      Discussion & Action:

      • Field Team to share mobile logs with unsuccessful password attempts with the Pranab
      • Dev Team to enable alert message for unsuccessful password entry attempts

       

      1. Data Sync Problem

      Issue Raised:

      • Data not syncing properly within the application

      Action:

      • Field Team to share logs, application version, and mobile device details
      • Dev Team to analyze sync failure patterns and identify root cause

       

      1. Data Transfer Issue (Xushrukha → Utprerona)

      Issue Raised:

      • Data from Xushrukha not reflecting properly into Utprerona application

      Action:

      • Ticket already raised (FLW-910)
      • Integration team to track and resolve data migration issues

       

      1. Family Name Auto-fill Issue

      Issues Raised:

      • Head of family’s last name auto-added to all family members
      • Duplicate (double) surnames appearing in some cases

      Clarification:

      • ASHAs can edit or remove surname to avoid duplication
      • Further Team will share the details.

       

      1. Assamese Language Errors

      Issue Raised:

      • Incorrect translations for certain terms (e.g., “Husband”, “Wife”)

      Action:

      • Corrections to be shared by field users
      • Updates will be incorporated in the next app language patch once the translations are shared

       

      1. Eligible Couple Registration Interface Issue

      Issues Raised:

      • Difficulty in registering eligible couples
      • Unclear beneficiary registration flow
      • Difficulty in tracking eligible couples post registration

      Action:

      • Field Team to share logs, data samples, and screenshots
      • Dev and backend teams to review workflow and tracking mechanism

       

      1. ABHA ID Visibility Issue

      Issue Raised:

      • ABHA IDs created earlier via Xushrukha not visible in Utprerona

      Action:

      • Field Team to share 1–2 sample beneficiary details for investigation
      • Dev team to verify data mapping and sync status
