A bug has been identified in the Child Care Module while filling out the HBYC form in the Utprerona application.
Issue 1: Baby Weight Entry Restriction
- The system currently restricts entering baby weight above 5000 grams.
- This is not practical, especially for 9-month-old babies, where weight can exceed this limit.
- Tested with:
- User ID: 7896944456
- Forms filled for 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months
- Observation:
- At 9 months, form submission fails when entering weight such as 7000g, 8000g, or 9000g.
- Expected Behavior:
The system should allow higher weight values as per age (at least up to ~10,000 grams or more).
Issue 2: Screen Auto-Jump During Form Entry
- While answering Yes/No questions, the screen automatically jumps to the Baby Weight field.
- This disrupts the workflow.
- Users must repeatedly scroll down to continue filling the form.
- Expected Behavior:
The screen should remain stable and follow a proper top-to-bottom flow without auto-scrolling.
Attachments:
- Screen recording video demonstrating both issues (for better understanding).
Impact:
- Prevents successful submission of valid data.
- Affects user experience for ASHA workers.
- May lead to incorrect or incomplete data entry.
Request:
Kindly:
- Increase or remove the upper limit for baby weight input.
- Fix the auto-scroll/jump issue in the questionnaire flow.
Please prioritize this issue as it directly impacts data collection in the field.
