      In ANC visit screen re-order below 3 fields:

      After ANC visit date field, show these below 3 fields:

      1. Abortion If Any (Enable up 24 Weeks of Pregnancy only)
      2. Is the Pregnant Woman alive?
      3. Has the pregnant woman delivered? (Disable up to 22 weeks of pregnancy)

      If any one of the above 3 field is selected, enable relevant fields (fields related to Abortion or Death) and disable “Place of ANC” field and which is not required to select in this case.
