Auto move idle ANC records to ECT after EDD

In ANC section status of woman is pregnant woman and maximum ANC duration is 42 weeks from LMP date. In some cases ASHAs doesn’t update the ANC Visits and these records keep sitting idle in the ANC section forever. Ideally these records should move after delivery form ANC section.

To solve this problem, automatically move the records form ANC section to EC & ECT section after EDD + 60 days. That is update the status of woman to Eligible couple after EDD + 60 days. And show in the EC & ECT section.
