When a baby’s weight is recorded as less than 2500 grams in the HBNC or HBYC section, the case is not being reflected under the LBW (Low Birth Weight) module in the Dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to HBNC or HBYC module
3. Register or update a baby’s weight as < 2500 grams
4. Save/submit the record
5. Navigate to the Dashboard
6. Check the LBW section

Actual Result:

• The baby is not counted under the LBW section in the Dashboard.

Expected Result:

• Any baby with weight < 2500 grams should be automatically categorized under LBW and reflected in the Dashboard
