Duplicate SMS received for single beneficiary registration with different Beneficiary IDs

      After registering a beneficiary, two SMS messages are being received on the mobile number for a single registration. Each message contains a different Beneficiary ID.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application
      2. Navigate to Beneficiary Registration
      3. Enter valid details and submit
      4. Observe the SMS received on the registered mobile number

      Actual Result:

      • Two SMS messages are received
      • Each SMS contains a different Beneficiary ID for the same registration

      Expected Result:

      • Only one SMS should be sent per beneficiary registration
      • The SMS should contain a single, correct Beneficiary ID
