2. Navigate to "Children registration" from mother's card.
3. Set "No of Live Children" = 2
4. Enter details for the first child
5. Try to change "No of Live Children" to 1

Actual Result:

An error message appears: "Allowed range: 2 to 9", and the user cannot reduce the value to 1.

Expected Result:

User should be able to:

• Reduce the number of live children (e.g., from 2 → 1)
• System should either:
  • Allow update and remove extra child entries.
