Maternal Death Details Not Hiding When Selecting "No" Radio Button

      While adding abortion details in the ANC Visit form, if the user selects "Yes" for Maternal Deaths and later changes the selection to "No", the maternal death details section does not disappear from the form.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to: Maternal Health → Add ANC Visit
      2. Go to "Abortion if Any" section
      3. Select "Yes" for Abortion
      4. In "Maternal Deaths", select "Yes"
      5. Now change the selection to "No" in "Maternal Deaths"
