CG[2.8]-Validation error not clearing after filling mandatory fields in Filaria MDA form

      Issue Description

      In the Filaria MDA form, when mandatory fields are missed after filling those mandatory fields correctly, the validation error message does not disappear, even though the data is entered, and lable are also in English
