Issue Description

During Hindi language testing, multiple label and field translation issues were observed:

• Member count not visible in Registration module
• Incorrect Hindi translation for Add Visit in ECT module
• In the ASHA profile, first a save popup appears, and after that the profile is displayed in English
• Help section, calender, Birth certificate 
• Incorrect/missing labels for Gender, Age, Abortion Date
• Referral Reason translation issue in NCD Referral List
• Translation issues in Village Level Form fields:
  • Place
  • Pulse Polio
  • ORS fields
  • Number of children / families(NDD)
