CG[2.8]-Page auto-scrolls to top when selecting radio buttons on Registration, HBNC, and HBYC forms

      Issue Description

      While filling the Registration page, HBNC form, and HBYC form, and HRP followup selecting any radio button causes the page to automatically scroll to the top.
