      District is null in location screen and facility details are missing:

      As per the description in the task tickets FLW-794 and FLW-795 all features are not completed. Re look into the tickets FLW-794 and FLW-795 and implement the changes as per the API changes.

      2. In the Profile screen details are missing as per ticket FLW-795
