"None of These" Field Appears at the Bottom of Part B in CBAC Form Under NCD Module Instead of the Top

      In the NCD module, within the CBAC form, Part B contains a "None of These" option that is currently positioned at the bottom of the section. For better user experience and ease of selection, the "None of These" option should be displayed at the top of Part B. This change ensures that users can quickly select the option if no other fields apply, improving form efficiency.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. Field Position:
        • The "None of These" option should be displayed as the first item at the top of Part B in the CBAC form.
        • It should be prominently positioned above all other selectable options.
