While editing an existing beneficiary record, the Date of Birth (DOB) value is incorrectly displayed in the Age field instead of the calculated age. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Beneficiary module
2. Open an existing beneficiary record
3. Click on Edit
4. Observe the Age field

Expected Result:
The Age field should display the correctly calculated age based on the DOB.

Actual Result:
The DOB value is being displayed in the Age field instead of the calculated age.
