      In the Routine Immunization module, the submit confirmation alert box is not functioning as expected. When the user clicks on the "Yes" button, no action is performed and the application does not proceed further. However, when the user selects "No", the submit action is performed instead.

      • Go to Routine Immunization → Child Immunization → Show Vaccines
      • Click on Submit
      • An alert confirmation box appears
      • Click "Yes" in the alert
