      Changes/rename required for various fields in the application, details are attached in the excel sheet. madhava.ramu@piramalswasthya.org

      1 Maternal Health ANC Visits While opening the "Add home visit" in the Beneficiary Card, this module name changed to ANC Visit - need to change from "ANC Visit" to "home visit". N/A
      2 Child Care Child Under 5 Years ORS > Add New Visit: Asking for "Number of Under-5 Children" in every beneficiary's card. Remove it Needs to be removed in childcare module
      3 All Beneficiaries HOF Registration & Family Member Registration Send OTP Button, Contact Number & Mobile Number Belongs to before this button should be removed  
      4 All Beneficiaries HOF Registration & Family Member Registration Consent Form: only clicking on the checkbox then it should seleceted not on all over texts. on clicking anywhere (text) take concent
      5 Maternal Health Abortion List CAC Form; Remove mandatory from Method of termination & Termination Done by check for mandatory options
      6 Maternal Health PNC Mother List > PNC Form Method of Contraception Dropdown; Remove Minilap  
      7 Child Care Child List > HBYC Form Question should be defined according to the month & Age (Is measles vaccine given?). make it age appropriate
      8 Child Care Child List > HBYC Form The calendar for the visit date is opening before the beneficiary's date of birth. While filling the 3-month HBYC form, the calendar should restrict selection to dates on or after the 3-month only.  
      9 Disease Control NCD > CBAC Form (Part A & B) Even non-mandatory fields should be prompted to be filled. change star color
      10 Disease Control NCD > NCD Line Listing Separate fields/counts should be available for: Screened & Not Screened  
      11 Communicable Diseases Confirmed TB Cases > Follow Up Date should be auto-calculated. Expect completion date ( from treatment initiation)
      12 All Beneficiaries Add Eye Surgery Cataract Eye – Photo Upload; A mandatory photo upload option should be available. Mitanin should be able to upload documents/images related to eye surgery. Discharge summary upload
      13 All Modules   Add Filter in All Modules according to that module's requirement ; Newest First, Oldest First, Age wise, Syncing Data First, Un-Synced First.  
      14 village level forms   file upload icon change in village level forms  
      15 Child Care Newborn List > HBNC Form & HBYC Form Some Radio Button already selected Yes & No default unselect
      16 All Beneficiaries HOF Registration & Family Member Registration While using the application in Hindi, add English shortform of Community. Required format
