Register Wife option appearing even after wife is Registered.

Steps to recreate the issue:

1. create HH Registration
2. Register Wife of HoF
3. Register Children
4. uninstall and Re-install app
5. In HH section, on Hof card found "Register Wife" option

and One more issue:

In the attached screen see Suma & Soni records has same Husband name, and different relationship found with HoF.
