Disease Control Module - Sync Issues, Button Overlap & MDA Form Not Visible

      Description:

      In the Disease Control module, multiple issues are observed:

      • Sync is not working in Malaria Confirm, Kala Azar, AES, and Filaria modules
      • “Add MDA” button is overlapping on Member section in Filaria
      • On clicking Add MDA, the form is not visible
