Description:

In the PNC module, the IFA Tablet field is non-mandatory, but its default value is not set to "0" and is currently showing as blank.

Due to this:

• Users are unable to submit the form when the field is left blank.

• This creates confusion, as the field is not marked mandatory but still blocks submission.
