During testing, multiple issues were observed related to data persistence and workflow after delivery:

1. After registering a Pregnant Woman (PW) and completing ANC visits, performing delivery, and completing newborn registration, when the application is uninstalled and reinstalled, all related records are missing from the app.

1. Post delivery, the beneficiary is still appearing under the ANC module, which is incorrect as she should transition to PNC flow.

1. The PNC flow is not functioning properly, and expected postnatal workflows are either missing or not triggering correctly.
