Description:

During internal testing, after installing build 2.8.1 over 2.7.4, multiple issues have been observed related to synchronization and UI behavior.

Issues Identified:

1. Sync Dashboard Error:

• • Errors are appearing in the sync dashboard logs.

• • It shows that 2 workers have failed during the sync process.

1. Delivery Outcome Sync Icon Issue:

• • During registration in the Delivery Outcome module, the sync icon is displayed in red.

• • This red icon is distracting for users and may create confusion.

• • The sync icon should be changed to green once the process is successful or kept neutral.
