Key Issues Identified in the Latest Demo Version of the UTPRERONA Application:

1. CBAC (NCD) Screening Incentive Issue

• Pregnant Woman (PW) and Eligible Couple (EC) entries are being completed.
• CBAC forms are being filled for beneficiaries.
• However, the incentive for CBAC (NCD) screening is not being generated or reflected.

1. Family Planning Incentive Issue (Mala & Chaya Distribution)

• Services for distribution of Mala and Chaya pills are being recorded.
• Despite successful service delivery, the incentive is not getting reflected in the system.

1. Immunization Incentive Issue

• Vaccination services are being administered and recorded.
• The corresponding incentives under the Immunization section are not being generated or reflected.

1. VHND/VHSND Data Synchronization Issue

• Data is being entered in the VHND/VHSND level form.
• However, VHSNC form has been synced successfully, however it took around 10 minutes to complete the sync. But the VHND form is still not syncing.
