In the Dashboard To-Do List, the Due for ANC count is displayed, but when opening the card, the list is not filtered correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.

1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

1. Go to the To-Do List section.

1. Check the Due for ANC count (e.g., showing 4).

1. Click on the Due for ANC card.

Expected Result:
Only beneficiaries whose ANC visit is due should be displayed.

Actual Result:
Instead of showing only due ANC beneficiaries, the system displays all ANC visit details.
