Description
When a female beneficiary has added children, the View Children option is visible. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the View Children button disappears even though child data exists. Additionally, a Ben that was previously marked as Death becomes visible again after reinstalling the application.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the FLW App.

1. Register or open an existing female beneficiary.

1. Add child details for the beneficiary.

1. Verify the View Children button is visible.

1. Mark one of the Ben as Death.

1. Uninstall the application from the device.

1. Reinstall the FLW App and login again.

1. Open the same beneficiary profile.

1. Check the View Children option and ben records.

Expected Result

• The View Children button should remain visible since child data exists.

• The Ben marked as Death should remain in the same status and should not appear again as active.

Actual Result

• After reinstalling the app, the View Children button disappears.

• The ben who was previously marked as Death becomes visible again.
