Description
If a child is added under a beneficiary and two babies are registered, the system should automatically consider this information across all relevant modules. However, during Pregnancy Registration, the system again asks about previous pregnancy details instead of auto-fetching the existing child records.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the FLW App.

1. Open an existing female beneficiary profile.

1. Add child details and register two babies.

1. Save the details.

1. Navigate to Pregnancy Registration for the same beneficiary.

1. Observe the Previous Pregnancy section.

Expected Result
The system should automatically fetch previous pregnancy details based on the added children.

Actual Result
The system asks again about previous pregnancy details instead of auto-populating them.
