Description:
In the Eligible Couple List, when the IFA button is clicked, the field “Has the woman been provided with iron supplement (Yes/No)” should appear first. Based on the selection (Yes or No), the IFA Supplement Quantity field should be displayed. However, currently the IFA Supplement Quantity field appears before selecting Yes or No.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application

1. Navigate to the Eligible Couple List

1. Click on the IFA button

1. Observe the fields displayed

Expected Result:
The IFA Supplement Quantity field should appear only after selecting “Yes” for “Has the woman been provided with iron supplement.”

Actual Result:
The IFA Supplement Quantity field appears before selecting Yes or No.
