When the Estimated Due Date (EDD) is crossed in the ANC module, the system should prompt the user with an option to confirm "Has Women Delivered". If "Yes" is selected, the "Date of Delivery" field must be mandatory. Only after entering the Date of Delivery should the user be able to proceed to the "Delivery Outcome" section.
Acceptance Criteria:
- EDD Date Crossed Prompt:

- When the EDD date is crossed, prompt the user with a "Has Women Delivered with - Yes/No" option.
- Delivery Confirmation (Yes):

- If "Yes" is selected, make the "Date of Delivery" field mandatory.
- The user should not be able to proceed without filling in the Date of Delivery.
- Delivery Outcome:

- Only after the "Date of Delivery" is provided should the user be able to proceed to the "Delivery Outcome" section.
- Delivery Confirmation (No):

- If "No" is selected, allow the user to exit or save the form but do not prompt for the Date of Delivery.
